I have 20 years of business experience, giving me a deep understanding of the skills and experiences required by different jobs. I have worked in large corporate environments, small businesses and have run my own business.

I have worked in many different roles including sales, marketing, HR consultancy, recruitment and general management in a variety of industry sectors. I have also spent 5 years as a headhunter, giving me invaluable knowledge in helping people to get their ideal job.

Significant business training backs my business experience. I hold an MBA from Cranfield Business School and have professional qualifications in Marketing (DipM) and Human Resource Management (Grad CIPD). I am also a Certified NLP Coach, a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and I am qualified by the British Psychological Society in psychometric testing.
